This mini stove is so darn cute I can hardly stand it. Of course, the important thing is that it works well, which it does. Its high-speed, rotating central flame disperses heat evenly, and its adjustable control valve allows for simmering to boiling, to a maximum energy output of 2,800 watts. I wondered how such a little gadget could steady pots and pans — an important factor when you’re dealing with hot food and water — but sure, enough, it steadily supports my Voaz pot (see below). The universal tread fits a variety of self-sealing isobutane-propane fuel canisters. But what’s really amazing is how ultralight and compact it is. It weighs 1.6 ounces (yes, ounces) and folds into a 1x1x2 inch clear, hard case, which, quite honestly, I worry about misplacing because it’s so tiny, so I pop the stove into its case and included cloth bag, then store it in the stainless steel pot.
Rather you be ultralite backpacking, just out for a night under the stars but not want to carry a lot of weight, or just want something to pack up to make sure that you have a backup plan incase of emergencies, power outages, gas outages, etc, this mini gas stove will have you covered while taking up very little space.
Normally I do reach for something like my Jet Boil or Bestargot stove since weight and carry space isn’t normally something I have to consider but in those situations, I now have an option to reach for. Definitely was worth the small price tag to have a potential gap in my gear gone.
Of course, I’ve tested it out (I’ll have the video up on Brandon’s Ballistics in a week or so if you want to see it in action) and didn’t come across any issues. If I HAD to come up with 1 thing that I didn’t like it would be that it doesn’t come with an igniter so you have to use a lighter to actually light the fire.
But that’s a small complaint and it was obvious that it didn’t come with one when I decided to order it. So I can’t really count that against it

This is perhaps the smallest stove I’ve owned. It still can boil water quickly despite its size. Comes in a durable and compact container and feeds onto a fuel can w ease. Great value.
