We want you to love your Near Zero gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns for Refund
You may request a return for a refund within 90 days of delivery.
• Items must be delivered back to us within 95 days.
• Products must be free from damage, misuse, or excessive wear.
• Items showing signs of abuse, alteration, or neglect may not qualify for a full refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges and store credit are available for up to 1 year from the purchase date.
• Items must be in good, usable condition.
• Covers issues under our warranty policies for eligible products.
• Store credit may be issued when an exchange is not possible.
Near Zero Lifetime Limited Warranty
We build our gear to last and want you to feel confident on every adventure. Near Zero offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of any Near Zero product. If your gear has a defect in materials or workmanship during its usable life, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer the most suitable solution.
What’s Covered
• Stitching or seam failures
• Faulty or broken buckles, clips, or zippers
• Material or fabric defects not caused by external forces
• Structural issues with backpacks, tents, poles, or hardware
Proof of purchase from Near Zero or an authorized retailer is required.
What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents, misuse, or neglect
• UV damage, mold, mildew, stains, burns, or weather-related damage
• Overloading, improper storage, or failure to follow care guidelines
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Products purchased secondhand or without proof of purchase

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
• Complete our Warranty Claim Form (link).
• Include proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
• Wait for approval before shipping your item to us.
• Once received, our team will assess the issue and provide the best solution.
Used, Refurbished & Rental Gear
Items purchased as used, demo, refurbished, or through our TRAIL rental program include a 1-year limited warranty, unless otherwise stated.

We ship using UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Global Post, based on destination and best available delivery times. Orders are shipped according to carrier policies to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you may start a shipping claim through the link above.
International Duties & Customs
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees required by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product or shipping prices.
If a package is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees:
• No refund will be issued unless the package is successfully returned to Near Zero.
• If returned, we will inspect the product upon receipt.
• A refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus any shipping charges incurred.
