Return & Exchange Policy
POLICYNear Zero can accept returns of products purchased in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take over 30 business days to process once we receive all required information and/or product(s).
(1) Near Zero offers a limited 1-year exchange or store credit warranty on all of our products, and 90 days for refunds. To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 90 business days of delivery.
(2) All returned item(s) must be received within 120 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund. Any exchange or store credit can be made up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after the specified days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.
(3) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Near Zero uses UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL as our main intermediaries to ship your product to your designated address and works in accordance with the terms and policies of our freight carriers.
