Returns for Refund

  • Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
  • Items must be received within 95 days to qualify.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Available for up to 1 year from the purchase date.
  • Covers issues under our limited 1-year warranty.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All Near Zero products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Warranty terms:

  • Must be claimed within one year of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Warranty excludes damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

How to Return

To start a return or exchange request, please click here. We offer Protected Checkout to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Protected Checkout option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any return/exchange request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.


SHIPPING POLICY

We ship using UPS, USPS, FedEx, Global Post, and DHL based on the destination and best delivery times. Orders are shipped in accordance with our carriers' policies to the address provided at checkout.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Protected Checkout feature, rest assured that your package is protected! With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it free of charge. To start a shipping claim, please click here.


International Duties & Customs

Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices listed on our site and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid duties or customs fees, no refund will be issued.

If the package is successfully returned to Near Zero, we will inspect the product upon receipt. A refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus any shipping charges incurred.
