Return & Exchange Policy

POLICY

Near Zero can accept returns of products purchased in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take up to 30 business days to process once we receive all required information and/or product(s)

(1) Near Zero offers a limited 1-year exchange or store credit warranty on all of our products, and 90 days for refunds. To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 90 business days of delivery.

(2) All returned item(s) must be received within 120 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund. Any exchange or store credit can be made up to 1 year from the date of purchase. 

(3) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

(4) To issue a return, please email us at support@nearzero.co to request a return, and reference your order number. Or, use the form provided below. We can issue a discounted return shipping label for you. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your return credit. Or, you can ship your return on your own, to the below address. Please reference your order number on the shipping label, and/or clearly within the shipping box.

SHIPPING POLICY

Near Zero uses UPS, USPS and DHL our main intermediaries to ship your product to your designated address and works in accordance with the terms and policies of our freight carriers.
