What is the warranty on Near Zero packs?

All Near Zero packs come with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, we'll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

How do I adjust the torso fit?

The torso length is adjustable from 16" to 22". Loosen the load lifters, slide the shoulder harness to your desired position, and re-tighten. Full instructions are included in the pack.

Can I add a hydration reservoir?

Yes — the pack includes a dedicated 3L reservoir sleeve with a tube port on both sides for left and right-handed use.
