Literal perfection. The attention to small details from color coding the poles so you don’t have to do geometry to figure out the head/foot side of the tent, to cordage on every stake so they don’t get lost, all the POCKETS inside, mesh basically to the floor for 360 views, double entry and vestibules for two people. I couldn’t ask for a better, more lightweight, 2p tent.

Great tent! I recently took my 2P tent on a canoe trip into the backcountry of Ontario, Canada. The terrain was less than ideal for pitching a tent but I was so happy with how this tent performed. We had a couple nice thunderstorms with heavy rain and wind. The tent held up great and my gear stayed dry. Very happy with my purchase!

Absolutely love all the near zero gear you can’t be the price and quality is great! I got the 2 person tent and somehow this past weekend it fit 3 of us in there and 2 small dogs haha but worked out! Highly recommend it !

Went backpacking in the Badlands of North Dakota and South Dakota. Slept in 50+ mph sustained winds and heavy rains, and this tent held up like a champ! Very solid design

I purchased the 2p near zero tent in January of 2022 for an ultra light tent to use with my wife. We love it! Great space, storage, head room, and easy to setup and tear down. My favorite feature is the zippers, love the dual zippers. Having the ability to just unzip the lower section to slip out shoes or grab something without letting mosquitoes in is gold! The tent handles rain well and wind. Great ventilation as well. Had it up in windstorm 30-40 mph gusts and it held strong! We would highly recommend the 2p near zero tent :)!

I was waiting to try the tent out multiple nights before writing a review. I originally purchased one as my son was showing interest in backpacking. Tried it out with both of us in it, and a little uncomfortable. We fit, but on hot nights, a little too close for comfort.
Bought a 2nd one, one for each of us. We are also in Scouts BSA, so on Troop activities we have to tent separately anyways.
Very durable, kid has no problem setting up and taking down by himself. Normally beats his other Troop mates tearing down and packing up.
Highly recommend!

After doing much research, I decided to go with the Near Zero 2p tent based on several factors for my needs in the Backcountry. After reading the history/story about the brand, there was such a connection, honoring, respect, love for our elders & Mother nature/the outdoors.

I have used this tent w/ the footprint several times on solo backpacking trips, which has been an amazing experience. Overall, the price point compared to other brands Is very affordable with great durability, quality, weight, plenty of room, storage mesh pockets, ease of set up, looks cool, and awesome customer/Support service. This is now my go to tent for the Backcountry.

I highly recommend this brand/tent for all your outdoor needs. I have also utilized the Compass and thermometer which was a great bonus to have out on the field.

I’ve used the Dynalite a lot! AND my Clients LOVE it!! It’s super durable and it’s everything you would expect from a high end tent. It’s Light! It compacts small! It’s easy set up and durable. It’s been in all areas of AZ from desert to the mountains. I love this tent and it’s my new go to every time!

Tent was easy and quick to set up. I took it out for a test camp in flagstaff. Only issue was a lot of condensation on inside of the fly due to high humidity.

This is a fantastic ultra light tent. I love the air space between the rain fly and the tent. Keeps condensation away from you. Have never woke up wet.

Used this tent across the deserts of New Mexico and in the mountains of Colorado. It’s held up through sandstorms, rain and hail! The mesh pockets in the inside of the tent are perfect for drying out wet gear. Super easy set up and breakdown. Can’t wait to try out the 1-person on the CT!

I've really enjoyed my tent! It's cozy and comfortable for two people, not cramped at all. The zippers are big and easy to find. There are lots of mesh pockets inside, making it easy to keep track of things like your phone and headlamp. Easy to tie the fly back when it's on. The pole is color-coordinated with the holes they go in, making set-up easy. The bag is reminiscent of a climbing rope bag- making it easy to keep everything clean when setting the tent up because it expands and makes basically a little tarp to keep everything on. The bag also compresses down to a good size with the tent in it. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a two-person tent! My only qualm is the stakes are not very heavy-duty. I bent and broke one while using my foot to push it into the ground. I wish they were a little heftier!

Great tent, a lot of Mesh Pocket. Verry lightweight tent and perfect for backpacking. Both people can sit and change cloth properly.

First fresh night we got soo much condensation. I'd suggest a vent for the next version.

I do recomend the footprint since this is really thin material. Consider to treat your outer tent material for better hydrophobic property also. Thin material as i said.

I have used this tent twice now on backpacking trips, with my wife and my son. It is snug for two, but definitely enough room. It is nice and tall so we can sit up no problem. It is very easy to set up and lots of great storage pockets. The weight is very good. Quality is great. Overall, very pleased with this. Two thumbs up.
