This is the perfect size for my tent and lightweight. I LOVE that it is top loading so I can pack up quickly especially on rainy days. It is just the right length to strap on the bottom of my pack to make it easily accessible as the first thing I do when I set up camp and the last thing I do when I break camp.
Definitely a game changer for me packing and storing my tent as I purchased the near zero 2p tent a few years ago. A nice upgrade.
Very easy to use with plenty of space and easy to tighten/compress the cord and straps and rig it up on the pack.

Bought this so I could easily pack up my Kelly Discovery 4 person tent. It arrived today, took my tent out of the other bag, and everything fit like a glove into the 3P compression tent bag.

This compression bag is much better than the bag that comes with the Dynalite 2P Tent. Much easier to get the tent in this bag and then you can compress it down to a smaller size. I highly recommend this compression bag.

The bag and the concept of this bag style for tents is great I only wish that the bag had one more compression strap
I think it needs a third strap in the middle and maybe a molle type strap to allow for easy tie down on a bicycle, motorcycle or backpack

Our current design is based on a style long used in mountaineering for storing climbing ropes. More recently, we’ve simplified the design, which is now included with many of our tent models.
That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve. Any additional details or photos you can provide about how these changes might enhance function would be greatly appreciated. We’d love to adapt helpful feedback into our future designs!

I first saw a tent compression sold with the new 2025 MSR tents. I thought what a great idea, however they do not sell just the bag alone as an accessory. So, I got online and started looking for one and found the Near Zero Tent Compression Bag. This is the best idea ever! What a game changer. I can pack up my tent in a fraction of time. It is just such a better and easier way to pack up a tent.

Tent Compression Bag
I have been searching for a bag like this for a very long time and am so happy to see it available from you!! Several tent manufacturers have packaged their tents in horizontal compression bags in the past and even now, but one cannot buy the bags separately. I will be purchasing several more for some other tents: it is just so easy to stuff or roll a tent into this bag, as opposed to rolling and re-rolling or stuffing willy nilly. Thank you for selling these!
This is so nice to not have to cram everything back into a tiny bag and yet I’m able to compress it down. It was the perfect upgrade.

I have had it hanging outside for two days now and it’s still very smelly. I don’t want to bring it into my house because it off gasses so badly. I’m going to leave it outside for a few more days and if the smell doesn’t dissipate, I’ll have to return it.
I need a new tent bag for my Mountain Hardware Trango 2, a 4-season tent that has stood the test of time over several decades plus - with tender love and care. This tent compression bag looked like it would be a 'good fit' and indeed it is a nice size match. Clearly this is not a tent sack not meant to be abused, but used responsibly, with careful packing, draw compression and pack stashing. So good so far.

Were using this with our 4 season tents (fits Hilleberg Kaitum 4, Allak 2). Overall positive, the bag is lightweight, effectively packages the tent, and is easy to pack. The toggle is particularly weak and was installed incorrectly but it is also an easy modification. Cannot comment on long term durability but it's also not safety critical.
I'm not familiar with nearzero but happy with the customer service and would be willing to try other products if they fit our needs.

Excellent quality, straps work great. Got the 2p version-it’s pretty big. I have a Nemo Dragonfly and the stuff bag is very large for it. Still, it can be scrunched up and compression helps.
I have a North Face tent without a bag. This bag worked perfectly. It's well made and I've already ordered another. Not sure what I'll put in it but I'll find something.
Super light, better than any sack out there to sench down my tent. My MSR Hubba Hubba came with a standard sack and left the tent too bulky. This setup is perfect for my MTB handlebar harness. Thanks Scott!🙌
I love this design so much for having a quick tent clean up. Even better by the fact that it's ultralight! Trying to decide if I will still give this as a gift as I intended ;)
I’m using one of these for my tent the footprint and stakes and another for my sleep system (quilt pad bag liner and pillow). Cinches down small and super lightweight. Really easy to fill. Opens wide and swallows the stuff. Seems durable and water repellent. Price is real good.
The bags are exactly what I was after the quality is excellent. The communication I have had with Scott at nearzero was fantastic I was concerned about a delay he chased it up for me then got straight back to me. I would definitely comeback to this company for further kit.
